The Story Behind Our Name

The word “Tan” resonates earthly qualities, and “Phi”, the 21st letter of the Greek alphabet and the Golden Ratio, depicts equations in a mathematical sense, and in composite they point to the relationship and technological aspects of our endeavors.  The Golden Ratio occurs naturally as well as in many man-made structures, and is considered pleasing to the eye and in harmony with nature. 

Together “Tan Phi” encompasses the great significance we attach to the many relationships we have with investors, investees, and service professionals, underpinned by the harmonious application of modern technology with preservation of nature.
